PORTRAIT SESSION PRICES
The booking fee for a Portrait session is $120.00 for an individual or family of four up to one hour. ($100.00 for each additional hour after one hour and $10.00 extra per person over 4 people in a session.)
A minimum print order of $300.00 is required.
A 50% retainer and a signed agreement are needed to reserve the session date.
Portrait Collections start at $900.00.
All sizes of Fine Art Prints and Canvases as well as albums are available for purchase a-la-carte.
Sessions are at a location mutually agreed upon between the client and Diane Schafer.
Full Custom studio set-up is also available.
Prices for larger special occasion bookings will be determined upon confirmation of booking.

PRINT PRICES AND ORDERING
A Proof and Order Session will be scheduled after the photo shoot and prints will be ordered at that time directly with Diane.
All client's Photo Session images will be posted in their own private gallery on this website after the order has been placed to share with family and friends.
All prints in my galleries are available for purchase by friends of the portrait family and for future re-orders. Please e-mail Diane for print orders.

DVD PHOTO/MUSIC SLIDE SHOW & ALBUM BOOKS
Several different price range albums are also available. The Coffee Table Book has a 'published' quality imprinted on high quality paper with a photo cover with a choice of colors. Perfect for a 'coffee table' keepsake.
The Leather Craftsmen 3500 series flush mount album with leather cover is a 10x10 size. This is a high quality stunning album with the prints mounted by hand on each page.
The Artistic book bound EX album 10x10 comes with a full spread photo cover jacket and black engraved case. The images are imprinted on a striking glossy high quality paper that makes the images pop off each page.

THE SCOOP...
What Else You Need To KnowCLOTHING...
You might want to bring a few outfit changes. Solid warm earth tone colors are best. Denim or khaki also give a great casual outdoor look for location sessions. Bold colors also photograph well.
Avoid white colors (unless you are the Bride) or patterns, prints or flowers as it draws attention to the clothes rather than the PERSON. If you are including several family members in the photo session, it is best to coordinate the outfits. Hats, accessories and special props also can add to the uniqueness and personality of a portrait. If a child has a favorite toy, blanket or book, bring that along to help make the image a special memory.
LOCATION...
The location will be mutually agreed upon at the time of the booking. I work in the South Florida area and recommend any of our beautiful beaches, parks, recreation areas, or your own backyard. The best time for the photography session will be in the early morning light or two hours before sunset. Usually, an outdoor location session will take from one to two hours.
A custom interior studio booking can also be arranged.
PAYMENT...
Payment for the photo session needs to be made one week prior to the scheduled booking. All completed processed photos will be viewed in your personal gallery on this website as well as at a proof session. The gallery will be available for all friends and family to view the images and they all may order their favorite images and choice of sizes.
